Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address and any details you tell us about the property, your timeline and your circumstances. We also record whether you gave consent to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and advertising identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid, wbraid, gbraid), Meta click IDs (fbclid) and UTM campaign parameters. These are held in your browser session and attached to an enquiry if you submit one, so we can tell which advertising produced it.

Address lookups. When you type an address into our forms, what you type is sent to Google Places to return suggestions. Google's handling of that is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer, and communicate with you about your property. To keep records of the transaction and of your consent. To measure which advertising and pages generate enquiries. And to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your enquiry with other investors, buyers or lead-generation companies.

If you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that we may call and text you at the number you provided, including using automated technology, about your property and your offer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

We keep a record of your consent — the wording, the date and the time — for as long as we are required to.

Our CRM. Enquiries are delivered into our customer relationship system so our team can follow up.

Advertising and analytics platforms. We send conversion data to Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta so we can measure advertising performance. Where personal identifiers are sent, they are hashed before transmission.

Transaction parties. If you proceed with a sale, information is shared with the title company, and where relevant with attorneys, lenders and county recording offices.

Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose by law.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

We also mirror certain conversion events server-side so that measurement continues to work when browser-based tracking is blocked. This uses the same categories of data described above.
